In mainstream American society, most are concerned with “doing”. American has preoccupation with time, organization and the use of resources. In American social relationships everyone is assumed equal. That is the idea of equalization in front of democracy. It is removing the need for elaborate forms of social address. Social relationships are characterized by informality, and social reciprocities are much less clearly defined. Mainstream Americans are motivated by achievements and accomplishments. American personal identity and, to a certain extent, one’s self-worth are measured by what the individual achieves. The world is material rather than spiritual, and Americans also see themselves as individual and unique. If you are not American sometimes you don’t know how to be positioned like them because sometimes it is different than common behavior in your original country. There are many different things in the world but tolerance is the best one. With tolerance we can eliminate the bad thing we have got. Learning from other culture is always nice thing to do because we can take the advantage of the culture and combine that with other culture so we can learn the best method and the effective way to do something easily. When you want to make this life easier then you should do that.
